              Specification of  Pet Line

1.      Introduction of Contract Pet Line

The Pet band is fibre band of high density and made from the main material of Polyethylene Terephthalate (PET) through extrusion and fine processing.

   It is a type of strapping band of environment protection

2. The characteristics of its technology:

material  automatically loaded with drier>  pre-crystalline drying > extruded by Double-screw Vent- Type extruder > One mould cavity has double de-mould products which are equipped device producing five specifications width’s products between 9.5mm and 32mm > flow casting  equipped with a set of chilled water system > first pre heating adopted with  five roller’s  heating system > first pulling with five rollers  stretched through chilled water > second preheating  controlled by hot oil controller.> second pulling with five rollers  stretched through chilled water > pattern pressing  with patterned roller, sizing roller, pulling roller, and is connected through chilled water to accelerate chilled fixing process.> heat fixing with the fixing drying oven having length of 3.5 meters, warm-air heating recycling system having length of 2.5 meters with a temperature range of 180~235 degrees.>winding equipped with triple working spot winder system

3.      Digital display system is adopted for better and precise controlling

  Through the  processes of flow casting ,pulling tension ,fixing ,embossing,  advanced electrical controller of  the revolving coder and PLC controller, human-computer interface, etc are adopted to realize the digital display of linear velocity , automatic control of tensile stress, simultaneous accelerating and fine adjustment of linear velocity , tension and other technical data of single roller as well as all the rollers

4.      Equipments of the Contract Pet Line

(1) Automatic loader equipped with drier 1 set

(2) Double-screw Vent- Type extruder 1 set

 2-1:screw hardness, HV1400,with air escape ,temperature control +/–1 degreescrew caliper φ60.which is processed  with 38CrMoAl, and refined through the processes of gas type nitrogenating,  polishing with a 0.4—0.7mm thickness layer of  nitrogenizing. And the surface hardness >1400HV, strength is kept under high temperature.

The cartridge is made from 38 CrMoAlwhich is refined with process of gas-type  nitrogenizing polishingfinishingsurface boring and the hardness >1400HVwith  better  strength and non-polishing and ablation resistance is  good.

2-2:gear case :used with hard gear-surface reduction gear box which  has a transmission of better finesses and has a less noise, with longer life of usage

2-3:Driving motor: use by a high quality Fuji governor with electric power of 45kw

(3).Double working spot’s net-changing set  1 SET 

(4).Plastic extruder’s flat die head     2 sets

Used with high quality alloy. It is processed through refining, grinding, polishing .the die head itself is coated with hard Cr and adjusted in a high fineness way. One mould cavity has double demould products which are equipped device producing five specifications width’s products between 9.5mm and 32mm.

(5) Flow casting set           1 set       

with a chill-roll’s diameter of 750*280,and separation roller is φ300*280mm.linear velocity is v=5--9meters/centimeter, motor driving  power is 1.5kw. The chassis moved by manual lifting and equipped with a set of chilled water system..

(6)The first heating device      1 set           

       6-1,Adopted with  five roller’s  heating system, five rollers are φ240*280mm, The hot oil in inside bladder has a temperature of  75--120 degrees , the oil temperature is controlled by hot oil controller. Motor driving power is 2.2 KW

    6-2, Assisted with device of infrared ray’s  heating .

(7)The first tension set           1 set  

Five rollers are  stretched through chilled water and the  diameter is φ270*280mm. the driving motor  power is 7.5KW.

(8) The second heating device    1 set    

8-1,Adopted with  five roller’s  heating system, five rollers are φ240*280mm, The hot oil in inside bladder has a temperature of  75--120 degrees , the oil temperature is controlled by hot oil controller. Motor driving power is 2.2 KW

  8-2, Assisted with device of infrared ray’s heating .

 

(9 ). The second tension    1 set               

Five rollers are stretched through chilled water ,roller diameter is φ270*280mm. Motor driving power is 7.5 KW.

(10)Fixing drying oven         1 set                     

the fixing drying oven has length of 3.5 meters, warm-air heating recycling system has a length of 2.5 meters with a temperature range of 180~235 degrees.

(11)The pulling embossing device    1 set       

The five-rollers has size of  φ230*150mm ,with patterned roller, sizing roller, pulling roller, and is connected through chilled water to accelerate chilled fixing process.

(12.)The triple working spot winder system            1set   

(13) The speed regulation by frequency variation is adopted ,  and Schuyder’s  low voltage appliances are also used.       Through the  processes of flow casting ,pulling tension ,fixing ,embossing,  advanced electrical controller of  the revolving coder and PLC controller, human-computer interface, etc are adopted to realize the digital display of linear velocity , automatic control of tensile stress, simultaneous accelerating and fine adjustment of linear velocity , tension and other technical data of single roller as well as all the rollers.
